AVALIAÇÃO DA VIABILIDADE DE CÉLULAS FÚNGICAS EM DIFERENTES TIPOS DE ARMAZENAMENTO

A preservação das micotecas em laboratórios é importante para futuros estudos. O objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar a viabilidade células fúngicas diferentes condições de armazenamentos. Os experimentos foram realizados triplicatas com os gêneros Curvularia, Fusarium, Botrytis e Penicillium. fungos mantidos cinco tipos armazenamento, que foram: ágar inclinado glicerol, inclinado, glicerol microtubos estéreis, pequenos fragmentos água destilada, três temperaturas diferentes: temperatura ambiente (23 ºC), geladeira (5 ºC) congelador (-20 ºC). observada após 15, 30, 45 60 dias. Dentre as aplicadas, obtiveram melhores resultados, Curvularia obteve maior nota ambiente, destilada até Já o gênero Fusarium atingiu máxima também geladeira. Entretanto, demonstrou um melhor crescimento tendo hifas no geladeira, congelamento durante período observado. Penicillium apresentou nos Todos resultados ambiente.
